Our AI writes your listing
equil.ca turns your notes into a polished, honest listing that sells the home. You review and approve every word before anything goes live. We never invent features your home does not have.
Add photos and choose your options
Upload as many photos as you like, no artificial limits. Book a preferred photographer, iGuide, or inspector through us if you want them. Set your price with our data, or your own number.
Go live everywhere at once
Through a licensed partner brokerage, your home is posted to MLS and REALTOR.ca, plus Facebook and Kijiji under our accounts. All questions and offers route back to your equil.ca dashboard.
Manage offers and questions in one place
Buyers ask questions and submit offers through a secure portal. You choose what to disclose: the number of offers, the amounts, the questions and answers. You are always in control.
Accept, then hand off to your lawyer
When you accept an offer, equil.ca sends the complete, organized package to your real estate lawyer to close. You pay us 1 percent of the sale price, and only then.

Simple, honest pricing
Free to list. 1 percent of the sale price, paid only when your home sells. No monthly fees, no upfront charges, and nothing owed if it does not sell. You may choose to offer a buyer’s agent commission if you wish; by default it is set to the minimum.
Final pricing is confirmed before launch. equil.ca lists through a licensed partner brokerage.
